Many questions our customers have, are answered in the FAQ's listed below, so be sure to check them out!
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order now, is 100 pairs and its the ideal figure for most people who’ve ordered. However the greater the quantity, the better the cost will be.
Do you do computer mock ups? My logo is very complicated and I’m not sure how it will translate onto a stitched sock.
Yes. We will request that you send us a copy of your logo or design, and once received create a computer generated design and we will email it back to you for your approval.
Will I receive a sample first before you start production? Is there a setup or art fee involved?
Yes. Most of our customers approve off the digital design we create but we do run a sample of every custom sock before production begins. If you require a sample to be sent to you for approval before production starts, a fee of £25 would be required. This £25 is refundable off the total cost when you agree to the production.
What types of payment does BRAV accept?
BRAV accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal or Cheque.
I’m paying with a credit card. Will I be charged the entire amount before you start on my order?
No. However, a 50% deposit will be taken before we start production after you've approved your design. The remaining balance will be charged upon shipment.
Do I have to pay extra if I want more colors?
No. BRAV has a set price for the sock you want to order for your custom sock. Go crazy with colour or keep it simple… you pay the same.
How many colours can I use in my logo?
Depending where your colours are located on a sock, you can have up to 6 colours including the base colour. We will fully support and guide you through this process.
On my order, how many sizes do you offer?
BRAV will try to cater to all sizes we range from UK foot sizes from 1-12. These are then captioned (1-4) (5-7.5) (8-12) etc. But please don’t hesitate to ask through the process and try and include as much information in your initial inquiry.
When requested, what format do I need to send my logo?
We prefer the highest quality (.ai, .eps, .jpg, .pdf), but we will accept anything. Whatever you have, we’ll make it work! Even if it's on a paper napkin, and that’s all you have, then send it in!
Can I choose the cuff height on my custom socks?
Yes, We offer varying heights to try and cater for all sports. Please just ask and we will give you open honest feedback on what we think will work and what is physically do able.
What makes the BRAV Custom Shop better than any other place you can get custom products from?
Customisation is where BRAV sees itself. The company was founded on the idea of making truly great and functional endurance sport socks that really had the wow factor. Your logo and colours are not merely applied to existing products; your order is taken and crafted to your needs and requirements. We want you to be proud of what you wear on your feet. After all it is normally your feet that do most of the work.
