At BRAV Endurance, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional shopping experience. Please review our updated Shipping and Returns Policy below for all the information you need regarding your order.
Shipping - When Will I Receive My Order?
Standard Delivery
- Delivery Time: Most UK mainland addresses can expect delivery within 4 working days from the date of your order.
- Courier Service: Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your BRAV purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.
Return Period:
- Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Replacement items will only be shipped once the original items are returned.
- We recommend using a recorded delivery service for returning items to ensure they reach us safely.
Return Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that these costs are non-refundable.
Return Address:
- Please send your returns to: BRAV Endurance, 17 Pendwyallt Road, Whitchurch, Cardiff, CF14 7EF.
Exchanges:
- We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or unwanted (provided they are unworn and still have tags attached).
- To initiate an exchange, email us at sales@bravsocks.com and send your item to the address above.
Download Return Form:
- To return an item, please download and fill out the BRAV Return Form.
Refunds
Processing Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
Missing or Delayed Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted.
- Contact your bank, as there may be a delay in processing.
- If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at bravsocks@gmail.com.
Sale and Locker Items:
- Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items and items purchased from The Locker section of our website are non-refundable but may be exchanged.
