To return an item to us for a refund or a replacement, please print off and fill in the form below and post it with the returned goods. Please pay particular attention to the terms and conditions as laid out on this page.

How Long will my order take?

Ordered goods usually arrive within 4 working days for most of the UK mainland addresses.

By who?

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail.

 

Returns and Exchanges


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that replacement items will only be shipped once your original order has been returned. You may wish to return your items by recorded delivery to guarantee. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please remember in order to complete your return, we require your order number.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: BRAV Endurance, 17 Pendwyallt Road, Whitchurch, Cardiff CF147EF

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary depending on local postal services.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days after that.

Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed and amount to arrive back into your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This does mean that our Archive section of the website if purchased can only be exchanged and not refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. We can also replace unwanted items, but this is only if they have been unworn and still have the tags on.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@bravsocks.com and send your item to: BRAV Endurance,17 Pendwyallt Road, Whitchurch, Cardiff CF147EF
